Fruit or Fruit Juice?
Honestly, I love both! 😍🍊🥤 But today, we’re talking about their nutritional value 🥗💡. Do you think they’re the same, since one is an orange 🍊 and the other is its juice 🥤… or is there a difference? 🤔✨
When we make fruit juice, we use a juicer or squeeze the fruit ourselves 🍹🍏. Here, we’re only drinking the juice 💧. Neither the peel 🍊❌ nor the fibers 🌿❌ make it into our glass. Yet the healthiest parts are exactly those—peel & fibers 💪🍃.
